Tickets
Yes! Rush Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the night of the performance when we have no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Cash only.
We encourage you to exchange your ticket for an upcoming performance that you are able to attend!
If you’d like to donate the value of the ticket, we can send you a charitable tax receipt for the value of the ticket.
We do understand if you’d prefer not to exchange or donate your ticket, we’d be happy to issue you a refund up to a week prior to the event.

Absolutely! If you would like to use one of your tickets for a friend, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] or giving us a call at (902) 420-0003.
Giving your ticket to a friend is as easy as making sure they have the barcoded ticket the night of the event!
Absolutely. While we do ask that you come to the show with your ticket either printed or on your phone to facilitate check-in, we will also have a list of ticket purchasers available for lookup the night of the performance.

You are welcome to, but not required to print your ticket. As long as the barcoded ticket is available on your phone you’re good to go.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a show is cancelled, ticket holders will be given the option to:
- Receive an equivalent ticket to another one of our shows.
- Receive a charitable tax receipt for the value of the ticket.
- Receive a full refund for the ticket purchased.
We will issue an email following the cancellation of a show to provide these options to ticket holders. If for some reason you hadn’t receive such an email, please contact us at [email protected] or give us a call at (902) 420-0003

We can exchange tickets as long as the show requested isn’t already at capacity. Give us an email at [email protected] or a call at (902) 420-0003 and we can make that change for you.
Donations
Yes. Any donation above the value of $25 is eligible for a charitable tax receipt.

While donating using our online forms, you will be given the opportunity to donate anonymously.

Mailing Lists
Since we use an emailing tool, it’s possible that you may find our newsletters in your spam folder. If you’ve confirmed that they’re not there, give us an email at [email protected] and we will try and solve problem.

We have options on our newsletter signup form where you can specify the types of newsletters you’d like to receive.
Late Seating
Some of the venues that we present shows at don’t allow late seating, such as the Sir James Dunn Theatre as well as others.
In addition, some dance companies have preferences to not allow latecomers in order to avoid any unnecessary interruptions.
To avoid any complications – don’t be late!
Minimum Age
At your own discretion. We aim to present shows for everyone’s enjoyment, however, please note any nudity warnings that may be present on our event pages.
Lost Items
Any lost items are handled based on the venue’s lost and found policy. We’d encourage you to contact the venue at which you lost your belonging.
Recording Devices
Recording Devices are not permitted at any of our shows.
