On behalf of the Board, and pursuant to By-Law 5.3 of the Live Art Dance By-Laws, notice is hereby given
for the Annual General Meeting of the Society.
Be advised that the meeting will be held on Tuesday September 23, 2025 in the Boardroom of Live Art
Dance at 6086 Quinpool Road in Halifax, commencing at 6pm.
The following documents, forming part of this year’s AGM package, are attached:

• An agenda for the meeting
• Minutes of our last AGM of October 24, 2024

A copy of the 2024-25 Audit will be available at the meeting, or a soft copy may be requested in advance
after approval of the Board on September 17, 2024.

Please confirm your attendance at the AGM by emailing [email protected] by September 20, 2025.

A full AGM package, including a copy of the 2024-2025 audit, will be sent to those attending.
