The Diane Moore Scholarship Fund was launched in March 2005 when Peter MacLean donated $2000 as seed money to create a foundation honoring the memory of Live Art’s founder. Since that time, numerous individuals have added their support, and the principle has grown to over $13,000. The award includes a $500 cash prize as well as a one week residency in a 4800 sq.ft studio loft near Inverness Beach, gracefully provided by Neal Livingston.

The recipient of the 2017 Diane Moore Creation Scholarship was announced April 29th, 2017 Congratulations to Lydia Zimmer!

Live Art Dance is firmly committed to annually investing proceeds from the scholarship back into the community. Should you wish to make a donation, please click here or contact Live Art Dance at: info@liveartdance.ca. All donations are tax deductible.
